Partners Card Retailer Agreement

By participating in the Partners Card program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. You will honor the Partners Card discount at all registered store locations.
  2. You will display Partners Card materials (directories, stands, brochures, posters) prominently in your store.
  3. You will maintain accurate information about your business and update it as needed.
  4. You understand that Partners Card is a membership program benefiting families in the community.
  5. You agree to provide quality products and services to Partners Card members.
  6. You will not discriminate against Partners Card holders.
  7. You may withdraw from the program at any time with 30 days notice.
  8. Family Place reserves the right to remove retailers who violate these terms.

Payment Terms:

  • Annual participation fee covers materials and directory listing
  • Fee is non-refundable once materials are shipped
  • Payment due at time of registration
